CASE STUDY In 1994 we arranged a private offering to
fund a new start-up, CBOSS Inc.
We also were contracted to start the company and manage it for ten
years. With less than $3 million dollars in investment over those years, CBOSS
grew to become a company with over 30 employees, millions of dollars of
annual revenue, and 3 national IT products. You may recognize their name from

CASE STUDY In 1984, we founded the Youngstown
Business Journal and arranged its complete financing. After bringing it to profitability we sold
this company to its employees. Of the over 100 business journals started in
1984-1985 only two were commercially successful and survive. Now known as The Youngstown-Warren
Business Journal, it survives as one of those two, alive and
profitable. |
